Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. 

Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday).

Normally, it takes 7-10 working days. We select the most secure, fastest service based on your location upon order. While due to COVID-19, our carriers have been experiencing slight delays in shipping and the shipping cost also increase a bit. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 
If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@maymaw.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We completely get it. Please feel free to cancel your order before we ship out your order. The cancellation process is simple, just go to your order dashboard and cancel.

Refunds, returns and exchanges will be accepted if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery. If you would like to refund, return or exchange an item, please email us as soon as possible atsupport@maymaw.com with your name, order number and reasons. We will provide you with details on how to refund, return or exchange your items. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We will not provide refunds or exchanges for product that is returned damaged or not in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued once the product has been received in good condition.

We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay. We unfortunately do not accept traveler’s checks.
