  1. Can you take my order over the phone?

  1. I'm making a purchase as a gift. Can you send a gift receipt?

Unfortunately we do not have an option for gift receipts.

  1. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal only.

  1. How long before you ship out my order?

We try our best to process orders within 2-3 business days of being placed, with most being processed within 48 hours.

  1. How long will it take my order to ship?

The shipping timeframe may vary depending on the location and shipping method. Shipping timeframes stated below are only estimates and exclude holidays, weekends, and unforeseen postal delays that are out of our control. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to expedite it or make any changes.

International: Average 8 - 14 Business Days

Please note that rural addresses and customs may lead to increased transit times that exceed the dates listed above. If your package has exceeded the estimated transit times listed above, and your tracking link has not been updated for a while, please feel free to contact us and we can do our best to assist.   1. Do you offer free shipping?

Unfortunately, we are not capable of offering free shipping to our international customers at this moment. We are trying our very best to find a solution to the problem as swiftly as we can.

When you have gone through the checkout process and made your purchase, you will be notified by email about your receipt of sale. Alongside this message, you will be sent an email containing the tracking number for your package/s.
