What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday).
How long will it take to get my order?
We select the most secure, fastest service based on your location upon order. While due to COVID-19, our carriers have been experiencing slight delays in shipping and the shipping cost also increase a bit. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it. Please feel free to cancel your order before we ship out your order. The cancellation process is simple, just go to your order dashboard and cancel.
